Alex Sebastiano@alexs"I used the free trial version of Dovetail for my bootcamp and I thought it was really useful in helping organize nuggets of information during user interviews and usability testing. I love how Dovetail was able to get an automatic transcript from zoom interview videos, allowing me to go in and quickly highlight and group insights. When I last used it, they also had an AI tool feature to help group insights as well. It wasn't that bad but I still think I was able to be more thorough group it myself. I definitely suggest trying out Dovetail and see how you like it! I know I did :)"
